Covid-19 became a front burner issue during the campaign. Senator McConnell refused to pass desperately needed relief.
In response, we launched the Leaders Don’t Leave campaign, which focused on the crisis facing Kentucky families and McConnell’s inaction.

Leaders Don’t Leave was the campaign’s response to McConnell’s inaction on COVID-19 relief. The branding choices served as the core styles for our
negative Mitch ads and graphics. The color palette, typography and image treatment worked together to convey the sense of emergency Kentuckians were feeling about this crisis.
I built from the established style of the Leaders Don’t Leave campaign and looked for new ways to highlight Mitch McConnell’s corruption and greed.
